Bonus Core
Bonus Core is a focussed 30 minute session to fire up your abs, glutes and back, building stability, strength and better posture.
Expect a mix of classic & creative core exercises that will leave you feeling strong from the inside out.
Overview
This class lasts for 30 minutes and takes place every Saturday at 10am in the Fit 4 Ever studio. It is suitable to all, from beginners to regular exercisers. Even in group classes, I can tailor the exercise to suit individuals of differing abilities.

Focus
This class focusses on core strength, using a variety of standing and floor work, weights & body weight.
It builds a strong foundation through safe controlled movements.
This helps develop a stronger foundation for everyday movement and improved posture.
Calisthenics
Uses your own body weight to build strength, balance & control.
Expect functional movements that improve posture, tone & mobility.
No equipment is required.
Overview
This class lasts for 1 hour and takes place every Wednesday at 6pm in the Fit 4 Ever studio. It is suitable to all, from beginners to regular exercisers. Each exercise can be adapted to suit your level helping you build strength & confidence at your own pace.

Focus
This class focusses on total body strength and mobility using your own body as resistance.
It builds a strong foundation through safe controlled movements without the need of extra weights.
Focusing on compound body movements such as squats, push ups, planks & holds.
Dance Cardio
Dance Cardio is a fun, full body dance workout, that lifts your heart rate and your mood.
Simple, quick to learn dance routines to great music, help improve stamina, coordination and confidence.
No previous dance experience needed!
Overview
This class lasts for 1 hour and takes place every Tuesday at 6:15pm in the Oasis Academy main hall, and every Thursday at 6:45pm at Healing Village Hall. It is suitable to all, from beginners to regular exercisers, but does include floor work at the end of the workout.

Focus
This class focusses on strengthening your heart and cardiovascular system, boosting overall strength, stamina & endurance.
Each 1 hour session starts with a gentle warm up, building in to energised sequences for your arms & legs. The main set keeps your heart rate lifted with continuous movement.
We finish with 20 minutes of focussed core work, ending with a relaxing cool down stretch.
Dance Easy
A relaxed dance class that keeps you moving, smiling & feeling young at heart.
Simple routines, great tunes and gentle cardio that supports strength, mobility & confidence.
Overview
This class lasts for 1 hour and takes place every Thursday at 1pm in the Fit 4 Ever studio. It is suitable for all ages, abilities and bodies.
Dance easy is a gentle low impact dance class especially suited to the young at heart with rhythm in the hips.

Focus
This class focusses on a gentle approach to boost heart health, mobility & mood through light enjoyable movement.
Including light cardio, coordination and movements that are kind on your joints & easy to follow.
All done form a standing position with no floor work.
Full Body Weights
Is a balanced full body workout using weights to support strength and everyday movement.
Working your arms, legs & core through controlled & specific motions that strengthen & shape your whole body.
Overview
This class lasts for 1 hour and takes place every Monday at 6:30pm in the Fit 4 Ever studio. It is suitable to all, but is more targeted at intermediate exercisers. The session combines upper & lower body exercises using dumbbells to build muscle, and includes several floor exercises.

Focus
This class focusses on strengthening your whole body using dumbbells through controlled compound exercises such as squats, lunges, presses & rows – to work all major muscle groups.
This class focusses on form & control rather than heavy lifting.
Full Body Circuit Training
A varied full body circuit that blends strength, cardio & mobility exercises to improve stamina, coordination & everyday motion – using a mixture of bodyweight & dumbbell exercises.
Working at your own pace – It’s You Vs You.
Overview
This class lasts for 1 hour and takes place every Friday at 6pm in the Fit 4 Ever studio. It is suitable for all abilities as weights & adaptions can be made.
Set out in timed stations, this class allows you to move through a mix of exercises that improve stamina, strength and physique.

Focus
This class mixes upper & lower body moves with cardio bursts & core work to keep your body strong, balanced & energised.
Hitting all the major muscle groups – legs, arms, core and back through a fun mix of strength and cardio stations.
Recover, Stretch & Mobility
Is a low impact session designed to help your body recover, release tension and improve flexibility.
Stretch – Move – Unwind
Restoring balance & healthy joints.
Overview
This class lasts for 45 minutes and takes place every Saturday at 10:30am in the Fit 4 Ever studio. It is suitable to everyone, but does include floor work.
Each class flows through gentle full body movements, releasing tension and increasing range of motion.
It’s about how your joints feel not how far you can go – moving better not harder.

Focus
This class is the perfect compliment to your strength & cardio sessions, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced and ready for the week ahead.
Shoulder rolls, arm circles, thoracic rotations, neck tilts, cat-cow stretches, hip circles, leg swings, ankle circles, knee rotations, wrist strengthening, torso twists, dynamic side lunges – a few of the exercises you can expect to do in this class slowly & with control.
