And so it begins!

From attaining my degree in Leisure, to working in a Bingo Hall, to becoming a wife, to raising 2 amazing boys, to being a Teaching Assistant, to being a professional swimming coach, to being immortalised as a fish merchant…

…this next chapter is a continuation an expansion of a passion that has been with me all my life; Fitness.

From a regular personal fitness regime, to help training friends, to helping friends of friends – and their friends too, what has always been a personal passion is about to become a personal business.

This hasn’t happened overnight, it’s not on a whim. Since investing years of study and practice as a swimming coach, I have continued to further my education and knowledge, gaining qualifications in fitness, nutrition & the human body. And it hasn’t stopped. I’m still deep in study, right at this very moment (other than typing to you now), and currently zeroing in on yet another fitness qualification. And it won’t stop there!

Hopefully, with the time & effort that has been invested in putting this website together, you can already see how things work; The 4 core values, the classes, the venues, the membership, the booking process – the passion.

There’s lots more to come too, new regimes, new routines, new classes, more classes, some branding, merchandise, a shop? And hopefully a steadily built up library of online content.

It’s an exciting time, and I hope you can come on this exciting new journey with me.
