I’ve always been interested in looking after myself, not in an obsessive way, just because it makes me feel good.

I love all types of fitness, but I’m not an athlete.
I believe in balance; doing things in moderation and keeping it simple.

For me it’s about longevity; Staying fit, strong & healthy for life. I want to move well, feel good & be ready for whatever comes with getting older – And I’d love to help you do the same through my 4 Core Values:
