Every time I run a Fit 4 Ever class at Flourish Grimsby, I leave with the biggest smile on my face.

The team at Flourish bring an energy to dance fitness that’s honestly infectious.

The kind of joy that fills the whole room and stays with you for the rest of the day.

Dave McMahon and his amazing team create such a supportive, uplifting environment at Flourish, and I feel genuinely privileged to be a small part of the activities they offer.

Watching everyone move, laugh, and give it their all reminds me exactly why I started Fit 4 Ever in the first place.

It’s impossible not to feel inspired when you’re surrounded by that much enthusiasm, energy & heart.

Sadly it’s a private class, so you can’t join in and witness the joy for yourself.

Happily there are plenty of other options for you to bring your own enthusiasm to class!
